  • Full-time and Part-Time contract therapist positions are available — for both Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.

  • Immediate employment.

  • Independent Contractor/1099.

Physical Therapists:

  • Tests and evaluates the extent of a patient’s disability, pains, and other concerns

  • Plans and administers aquatic physical therapy treatment through the use of various exercises

  • Supervision of PTA(s) and mentoring guidance.

 

Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants:​

  • Develops and sustains productive patient relationships through making their needs a primary focus

  • Actively seeks information to understand patient circumstances, challenges, expectations, and needs

  • Builds rapport and cooperative relationships with patients

  • Considers how actions or plans will affect patients and responds quickly to meet patient needs and resolve problems

Physical Therapists:

  • Evaluates the extent of the patient’s disabilities to determine appropriate treatment programs using a variety of tests, such as manual muscle tests, goniometry, functional testing, and gait analysis.
     

Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants:​​

  • Plans aquatic therapy programs and administers treatment to restore body function and strength, relieve pain, and prevent disability through the use of various therapeutic techniques—exercise programs, facilitation techniques, muscle re-education, gait training, and utilizing the physical properties of the water.

  • Provides and demonstrates instruction to the patient.

  • Maintains medical records of evaluation, treatment, and progress for each patient.

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant.
    *Within the state you are applying within.

  • Demonstrated competency in customer service skills, customer focus abilities, and the ability to understand customer needs.​​​
