Sonal graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Health and Exercise Science and earned an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy at Southwest Tennessee Community College. Sonal has worked at an acute care facility where she assisted in building the exercise program for group therapy for elective joint replacement.

She has a tremendous love of the water and helping people improve their quality of life. Sonal has two lovely children who keeps her on her toes at all times.
