Physical Therapist

Nicole is a dedicated physical therapist with over 30 years of experience, primarily in outpatient orthopedic settings. She is originally from upstate New York and graduated from Russell Sage College’s Physical Therapy program in 1996.

Her postgraduate education includes the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, a scientifically proven assessment for back, neck, and extremity issues.

Nicole’s holistic and evidence-based approach to patient care is backed by advanced certifications in Myofascial Cupping, Kinesiotaping, and Pilates. She has also refined her expertise through continued education in orthopedics, integrative medicine, and aquatic physical therapy.

Before joining Integrated Therapy, Nicole successfully ran her own private practice, which she started in 2013. In that role, she provided mobile physical therapy, clinic sessions, fitness coaching, and wellness and injury-prevention programs.

She specializes in treating spinal issues, sports injuries, and geriatric concerns. Combining deep clinical expertise with a passion for health, fitness, and holistic healing, she provides a comprehensive approach to patient care and rehabilitation.

Nicole has lived in the Charlotte area since 2003. She loves outdoor activities, traveling, Pilates, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog, Pickles.
