Lori is originally from Tifton, Georgia, where she received her Associate Degree in Science in 1987 from ABAC in Tifton and then her Bachelor of PT from MCG in Augusta in 1989. She worked in both inpatient and outpatient Rehab from 1989 to 1997 treating neurologically involved and other complex rehab patients. During that time Lori developed the aquatic therapy program at her rehab clinic.

Since 1997 she has worked with St Mary's Home Health Care in Athens, GA covering multiple counties and treating a variety of patients with multiple and complex diagnoses from ages 1 to 100. Pool therapy has always been a passion of hers and she has always recommended it as part of her patient's home program due to the tremendous benefits of rehabilitation and recovery.

Lori lives in Walton County with her 2 children where she enjoys working in her yard, gardening, scrapbooking, and traveling.
