Kristen is from Cary, NC where she grew up swimming, coaching, lifeguarding, teaching swim lessons, and taking trips to the beach. Her love for the water continued and she went on to swim for NC State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management.

After a few years of traveling and working in the resort industry and doing photography for a local publisher, she returned back to school. Kristen has been a PTA since 2011 focusing on outpatient orthopedics and is thrilled to be back in the water again.

Helping people feel better and achieve their goals is the best part of her job.
