Ablavi was born in Togo, West Africa and now resides in Lithonia, GA. She graduated from Herzing University in Atlanta with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Ablavi stays very busy as the Office Manager, managing both Integrated Therapy and Aquatic Consultants of Georgia (ACOG), which provides American Red Cross swimming lessons. Ablavi also teaches swim lessons and is a certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor.

Her hobbies include swimming, reading, and having fun with family and friends.
